Global Master in Performing Arts Management
The Accademia d’Arti e Mestieri dello Spettacolo Teatro alla Scala, in partnership with the Politecnico di Milano, has opened applications for this one-year master’s programme, promoted with the support of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI).
Available funding for the Master
Several forms of financial support are available to students enrolled in the Master:
- 3 scholarships — “Gianluca Spina” Association (Polimi)
Awarded to the most deserving students among those enrolled in the Master.
- Additional scholarships — Politecnico di Milano

- MAECI scholarships — for international students
Granted under a dedicated annual agreement between MAECI and the Academy.
Advanced training for opera singers
The MAECI–Academy agreement also provides scholarships for international students enrolled in the advanced training course for opera singers, a two-year programme.
- For the academic year 2026–2027, the scholarships awarded in 2025–2026 are expected to be renewed for the same recipients.
One scholarship is nevertheless available, having become vacant following the withdrawal of a recipient, and is open to new applications.
