Within the 5th Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World

This year marks the bicentenary of the birth of the great Italian gastronome Pellegrino Artusi, father of Italian home cooking and author of the first collection of recipes “The Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well”. The Week of Italian Cuisine offers a focus on the essential relationship that binds the Italian gastronomic heritage and its home territories, thus identifying the main theme “Knowledge and flavors of the Italian lands, 200 years after the birth of Pellegrino Artusi”.
