Conference “Savors of Italy: a journey through Italian gastronomic culture”

The Prof. Giorgio Massei, will give a talk/lecture on the history and richness of Italian cuisine. Savors of Italy is a journey through the food and wine heritage of the “Beautiful Country”, to learn the dishes, the ingredients, the eating habits, the regional traditions and the products of excellence that make the Italian cuisine one of the most beloved around the world. Through a suggestive tale, the less known and most curious aspects of this extraordinary heritage will be unveiled, beyond the stereotypes perceived abroad.
The event is organized in collaboration with the EduLibano Association and the Hotel Gefinor Rotana.
