The Italian Cultural Institute participates in the 15th edition of the Cabriolet Film Festival, this year dedicated to “Home” theme. The Cabriolet is an open-air short film festival organized in June by the Association Laboratoire d’Art on the St. Nicholas Stairs, in the traditional district of Gemmayzeh (Beirut).
During the Festival, the following 7 shorts by young debutants directors, Italian as well as foreigners who have studied in Italy, will be screened:
June 2nd:
- “Blue Dots” by Lorenzo Squarcia, 12 min. – Documentary – Italy
- “Natìa” by Roberta Spagnuolo, 9 min. – Fiction – Italy
June 3rd:
- “Per tutta la vita” by Roberto Catani, 5 min. – Animation – Italy
- “Old tricks” by Edoardo Pasquini and Viktor Ivanov, 6 min. – Fiction – Italy
- “Ecce” by Margherita Premuroso, 7 min. – Animation – Italy
June 4th:
- “I giorni delle arance (Daiana)” by Matteo De Liberato, 16 min. – Fiction – Italy
- “A new perspective” by Emanuela Ponzano, 18 min. – Fiction – Italy
