The Italian Cultural Institute and the Hotel Gefinor Rotana inaugurate a Culinary Week dedicated to Italy, entitled “Savors of Italy”. The Week, which will run until Saturday, November 26th, will offer a rich variety of dishes of traditional Italian cuisine, prepared by Chef Chadi Zeitouni, who graduated in Italian cuisine in Trieste. Every night, live Italian music will be played.
A panel exhibition will also be proposed, organized in collaboration with CasArtusi and the Emilia-Romagna region. The panels will illustrate the life and work of Pellegrino Artusi, author of the first real Italian cookbook, “Science in the Kitchen and the art of eating well”.
