A Chinese company takes over the furnace of a disarmed steel mill. Vincenzo Buonavolontà, former specialized maintenance technician discovers a fault in the plant. In order to prevent work accidents and to guarantee the security of the workers who will have to maneuver him, Vincenzo leaves for China. He wants to personally deliver the modified Electronic Computerized Unit to the new buyers. Once in Shanghai, she meets again with the Chines buyers’ young translator, Liu Hua, who will accompany him on a journey through China and inside himself.
