EXHIBITION “PUNTI DI VISTART”

“Punti di VistArt” is a project aiming to providing the viewer with an overview of some Italian cities from a new and unusual perspective. The outcome is a series of insights of the daily life, of the hidden corners and of the dynamic art that catches the eye of visitors walking around the Italian streets.

“Punti di VistArt” is not only an overview of the country, but also a new way to conceive art, which is dynamic and always new. This idea was made tangible thanks to the street art, which provides a new way of looking at classic art. This project encourages the viewers to look beyond the cliché and to build a new vision from different perspectives.

Our thanks to the following artists for the free transfer of their works:

– street artists: Blub, PichiAvo e Andrea Ravo Mattoni;
– photographers: Francesco Bonanno, Heinz Buense, Gary Campbell-Hall, Pat Charles, Valerio Dalla, Paul Hoogeven, Holger Kremer, Olegm Magni, Deepa Paul, Sebastian Rieger, Giuliana Sales, Federica Sessa, Martin Stelbrink, Corrado Zecca.

The exhibition has been curated by Ileana Alparone.

The photographic works will be permanently displayed at the Italian Cultural Institute in Hamra, starting Friday, December 13th, free entrance.
