A refresher course for teachers of Italian language will be held from January 24th to 26th. The course is organized by the Center for Educational Research and Development (CERD), in close collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute, with a contribution from the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and of International Cooperation and the Italian Cultural Institute.
The course participants are the teachers of the Lebanese public schools and those of the Italian Department of the Lebanese University, Language and Translation Center.
Under the guidance of Professor Graziano Serragiotto and Dr. Giuseppe Maugeri of the Ca ‘Foscari University of Venice, the teachers will discuss topics such as how to conduct a lesson and strategies to develop skills in written comprehension and oral production, in teaching Italian for foreigners.
The course is divided into 10 hours in presence followed by 5 hours online and involves the production of educational materials in the context of a group work.
