The Italian Cultural Institute in Lebanon, in collaboration with the Laboratoire d’Art Association/Cabriolet Film Festival, organizes a conference (which will be held in English) by the Casting Director Barbara Giordani, on the occasion of the Festival “Fare Cinema”. The Festival is promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation within the 2018 initiative “Vivere all’Italiana”.
A SHORT BIO
BARBARA GIORDANI is an Italian Casting Director for film and television and has been casting since 1997. She has cast many Italian films, as well as international coproduction. She was nominated in 2014 for the Italian Silver Ribbon Award as Best Movie Casting Director for “Tutta Colpa di Freud” directed by Paolo Genovese.
Recent projects include “Perfect Strangers” directed by Paolo Genovese, the tv series “Trust” directed by Danny Boyle and now she is working on the tv series “Catch22” directed by George Clooney.
Barbara was born in Bologna and lives in Rome.
