Conference on Future of Food

Carlo Petrini, the founder of Slow Food, will discuss the future of food during a talk at AUB, Faculty of Agriculture and Food Science FAFS, Wing A, Room 102. The talk is organized by Slow Food Lebanon, in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute, the AUB, the Food Heritage Foundation and the Environment and Sustainable Development Unit (ESDU).
