Conference on Pellegrino Artusi

Prof. Paolo Fabbri, famous Italian semiologist, will give a conference on Pellegrino Artusi and on his book, “Science in the kitchen and the art of eating well”, illustrating its importance also from the point of view of the semiotic interpretation.

A panel exhibition, organized in collaboration with CasArtusi and the Emilia-Romania Region, will illustrate the life and work of Pellegrino Artusi, and the genesis of his book.
