The Italian Cultural Institute, in collaboration with Casa Artusi, the Emilia-Romagna Region and La Sagesse University of Beirut, organizes an Italian Night at the “Le Gastronomique” Testauramt of the Faculty of Hotel Management of La Sagesse. The chef Ranato Bolsieri, from Casa Artusi, will prepare a rich menu drawn from the culinary traditions of Italian Regions, written down by Pellegrino Artusi in his cooking manual.
A panel exhibition will also be proposed, organized in collaboration with CasArtusi and the Emilia-Romagna region. The panels will illustrate the life and work of Pellegrino Artusi, author of the first real Italian cookbook, “Science in the Kitchen and the art of eating well”.
