After a long time spent between Lebanon and Egypt, Felice, who has become a wealthy entrepreneur, returns to Naples, the city where he lived until he was 15. His mother Teresa, “the best seamstress in the Sanità district”, lives in a small ground floor apartment, and welcomes with open arms her son, who she thought she had lost forever. Little by little Felice regains contact with a world that he had forcibly put aside and meets Don Luigi, a priest who fights the Camorra by trying to give a future to the neighborhood kids. But Felice also needs to reunite with Oreste, a close friend and adventure companion of his teenage years, who has become a small-time boss of the Camorra. The advice to leave Naples and forget that dangerous friendship will be of no use: it will prove impossible to leave behind a city that has entered your heart forever.
