SECOND ITALIAN CUISINE WEEK IN THE WORLD – CONFERENCE ON FOOD AND ART

The Italian Cultural Institute in Lebanon organizes, in collaboration with La Sagesse University in Beirut, a conference by Prof. Nicola Perullo, of the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, province of Cuneo. Prof. Perullo will talk about the link between art and food and will illustrate the application of the aesthetics principles in food preparation and presentation. The event will be followed by a tasting with typical Italian dishes, prepared and decorated according to aesthetic rules by chef Nicola Offredi.
