The Italian Cultural Institute in Lebanon organizes, in collaboration with the Lebanese University (public), the presentation of the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, cofounded by Carlo Petrini of Slow Food. The University’s President, Dr Andrea Pieroni, will inform the journalists and the specialized public of the three-year and master degree programs offered at Pollenzo, as well as its different one-year master degrees.
