The Italian Cultural Institute and the Lebanese University organize a conference given by the well-known designer Giorgio A. De Ponti, Professor at the Faculty of Design (technology of materials for industrial drawing) of the Politecnico di Milano, on the important theme of sustainability in architecture and design.
Recent innovations in modern architectural technology have facilitated the development and widespread utilization of sustainable commercial buildings for sustainable social development. A widely integrated approach is employed in the critical process of general architectural design because commercial buildings must integrate sociology, architecture, design and aesthetics. We shall present an original approach promoting urban and architectural potentials aimed at sustainability.
