Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Enrollment period
You can enroll at any time of the year. Contact the course Secretariat in Hamra for more information about active courses.
Prerequisites
With the exception of the 1st level, all other levels may be entered upon a verification by the teacher of the acquisition of the language objectives of the course immediately below. For students with previous experience elsewhere, there is an entrance test for level assignment.
Structure of the standard courses
All standard courses (2 hours per lesson, twice a week) are structured in five terms according to the following calendar:

| Language Manuals | Nuovo Espresso 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 e 6 |
Each term therefore last approximately 7 weeks each. Teachers vary with each new course to ensure a better teaching experience.
Structure of the intensive course
The intensive course runs from Monday to Thursday, 3 hours per lesson, as per the following calendar:

Costs
| Regular courses: | 25-hour teaching module (4 hours per week): $100 (online) or $125 (in-person) |

| Private Online Lessons: | Individual course: $30/hour – Semi-private course (2 people): $20/hour per person |
| Private In-Person Lessons: | Individual course: $40/hour – Semi-private course (2 people): $30/hour per person |

Refunds
The Institute can refund the paid registration fees only if the class does not form due to failure to reach the minimum number of students.
In all other cases, enrollment fees, once paid, are not refunded or transferred for other courses.
Private Lesson Cancellation Policy:
Lessons may be canceled and rescheduled based on the teacher’s availability only if canceled with at least 24 business hours’ notice, communicated exclusively during the Institute’s opening hours (Mon–Thu 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, Fri 9:00 AM–12:00 PM). For Monday lessons, cancellations must be received by 12:00 PM on the preceding Friday.
