Screening of three movies, directed by Nicolas Khoury, which study the descent into hell of the Lebanese people, through architecture, dance, literature and art. The screening will be followed by a debate between Nicolas Khoury and Alice Mogabgab, the producer of the 3 films. Niemeyer 4 Ever, produced in 2018, 30 minutes, Arabic with French subtitles, looks back on the construction and destruction of the Rachid Karamé International Fair in Tripoli, designed by Oscar Niemeyer. Une Ville et une femme, produced after the explosion of August 4, 2020, follows in the footsteps of a young woman in the devastated city, based on a letter from Etel Adnan, French with English subtitles. Last, the Premiere of the film-exhibition Inferno, Lettre à Lara. Produced in 2021 from a text by Alice Mogabgab, the film illustrates in a few works and a few minutes the story of a divine tragedy, French with English subtitles.
Duration: 90 minutes, in French, English and Arabic with subtitles in the 3 languages.
