The Italian Cultural Institute of Beirut celebrates this year the Dantedì [Dante’s Day] with a video by the Italian language students from the Nabatieh region (South Lebanon) and their teacher, Mona Risk. In the video, they offer us their reading of the 34th Canticle of Dante's Inferno. The student Karen Jaber also pays homage to the Supreme Poet with an illustrated page in which she transposes over Dante’s Inferno the main economic, political and environmental problems of our time.
