The Department of Italian Studies at the Language and Translation Center of the Lebanese University participates, this year also, to the theme launched by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for the XXth Week of the Italian Language in the World:
"Italian between word and image: graffiti, illustrations, comics"
During the academic year, teachers and students will engage in readings, activities and creative projects that will focus on the Italian comic-strip writers as well as on comics as a privileged tool to convey the learning of a language.
Translation of comics in Arabic, dubbing of strips, creative writing and creation of comics are some of the activities that will see both teachers and students at work!
