with a final speech by Lucia Lavia, Galatea Renzi, Anna Della Rosa
and Piera degli Esposti (on video)
with the participation of the students of the Art Academy of Ancient Drama

On Sunday, August 30th, the INDA 2020 season ends with an absolute world premiere: the original creation "The Sound of my Body is the Memory of my Presence" by Mircea Cantor, a site specific performance conceived by the Romanian artist (Prix Duchamp 2011). The performance, which also involves the students of the Art Academy of Ancient Drama, is intended to be a testimony of the need and desire of a community to celebrate the return to life. It’s an improvised creation which, in conjunction with dance and conceptual art, gives life to a vocal gesture between song, poetry and speech, in which the tragic voice taken as a lament is transformed into enchantment.

The show is freely available in streaming and on demand for seven days, upon registration, on https://www.indafondazione.org/il-suono-del-mio-corpo-e-la-memoria-della-mia-presenza/
