The Regional Council of Basilicata, on the occasion of the “Festa dei Lucani nel Mondo” which takes place on May 22 of each year, offers the possibility to Italians residing abroad to see on the Youtube platform the worldwide screening of the film "Matera Plovdiv the right way of culture ".
